TolTest has provided full-scope bulk fuels services since 1986 to commercial and military clients on over 5,000 projects valued at over $130 million. Our capabilities include engineering, design, and inspection; petroleum/convenience store construction; pumphouse, loading and unloading systems; above-ground storage tank (AST) and underground storage tank (UST) fabrication, construction, and repair; hydrant system repair and upgrade; secondary containment design and upgrade; demolition and relocation; emergency response; and environmental compliance including contaminated soil treatment and disposal.
Our bulk fuels experts include Professional Engineers (PEs) with specialized training in fuel systems and Certified American Petroleum Institute (API) 653/510/570 Inspectors and system designers who ensure compliance with API standards; provide fire protection, leak detection, and cathodic protection systems; and have expertise in design/build of bulk fuels systems.
