Overview of Benefits

TolTest sponsors a benefits program for all eligible Associates. In addition to receiving an equitable salary, a number of the programs (such as Social Security, workers' compensation, state disability, and unemployment insurance) cover all Associates in the manner prescribed by law; you may also be eligible to enjoy other benefits that will enhance your job satisfaction.

A good benefits program is a solid investment in TolTest’s Associates. TolTest will periodically review the benefits program and make modifications as appropriate to the company’s condition. TolTest reserves the right to modify, add or delete the benefits it offers.

Benefits eligibility is dependent upon a variety of factors, including Associate classification. Some benefit programs require contributions from Associates, but most are fully paid by TolTest . A change in employment classification that would result in loss of eligibility to participate in the health insurance plan may qualify an Associate for benefits continuation under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA).

For the purpose of obtaining insurance, you must be a Full-time Associate. Eligible Associates may participate beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. For example, an Associate hired on August 15 th would be eligible to participate on October 1 st.
